May God give you His comfort and peace during these troubled times--His free and gracious gift to us because of Jesus' death on the cross and His glorious resurrection!

Outdoor Worship 10:00am

Fifteenth Sunday after Pentecost

We begin our education year committed to growing in grace and knowledge that weans us from our

love affair with the world and fits us with a cross for service to our Savior God.

Join us in person or on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKv3ogN3GZcUD5aIqOkVN8g to hear how in Old Testament times,

Samson had the world.  Yet he was losing his soul.  The God of grace humbled him.  Samson repented, took up his cross, followed God's way,

and died in faith.  In the New Testament, just after speaking a solid confession of faith about Christ, impulsive Peter became a tool of Satan.  Oh,

how powerful is worldly desire!  How great our need of God's grace and instruction!  Today, in light of Jesus' sacrifice and bearing of the cross for

our salvation, we take up the cross assigned to us that we might serve God and his Church in absolute love.

Worship folders are available on the church door.
